If possible make it so when 2 factions enter combat they cannot be hit by another faction therefore cleaning wouldn't be an issue and you wouldn't have 10 reports a day in teamspeak about getting cleaned and make it only in nether and end

Same thing for most servers the experience is needed in like every server which makes people who have no experience have an already low percent of chance to get accepted and also not having experience doesn't mean the person won't be a good staff member. Thank you for the response though.
